“We hired Timberlake to do an extensive renovation of our home in 2009. They were a pleasure to work with during every step of the process. Dave Lunden was honest, very reliable and extremely organized. The project was finished on time and on budget. It progressed exactly as he said that it would with no hidden costs or delays. The Project Manager and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They shared in our enthusiasm, were polite, highly skilled, hard working and responsive. I have spoken with several people who have had extensive renovations done to their home and frequently it was a stressful and unpleasant experience for them. I can honestly say that our experience with Timberlake was the opposite. Since the renovation I have contacted them several times for questions about materials or warranties and they have always responded to my requests immediately. If we were ever to renovate another home we would definitely use Timberlake.”

“Working with Nehemiah Construction was an amazing experience. The owner was professional, active throughout the whole project and easy to communicate with. He was especially helpful in helping me choose a hardwood floor. The way he helped me understand what was best was an art form. He wasn’t pushy, just knowledgeable. I get so many complements on my hardwood floors to this day.”

“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. Best of all, Rick is honest. despite facing hidden hurdles in the job, he never tried to rip us off with "change orders." You can trust him to do a great job at the price he quotes.”

“This company is amazing! I hired Four Brothers to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms, and could not be happier with the final outcome as well as the process. I was apprehensive going into the project because of horror stories I had heard about remodeling companies. Nothing to worry about with these guys! From the initial consultation on, their people were professional, knowledgeable and best of all, listened to my ideas. Their designers had creative and functional solutions and their carpenter and his crew were fantastic. They respected my schedule, kept my home clean and delivered on time and on budget!”

“The professionalism and work quality done by Metro Renovations is superior. Everytime I met with Mr. Hicks about a project, he also explained the project in laymen terms so I could understand what was being done. In addition, he came while the projects were in progress to show me and reexplain the progress. There were not any surprises about the costs. That information was discussed and agreed upon by both parties before work began. Metro Renovations renovated my basement, built a retaining wall for me, did rewiring for me, and replaced a hot water heater for me. I would definetly recomment Metro Renovations is you want quality work and someone who is going to honest with you about your project. They exceed my expectations each time I need work done on my house.”

“Touchstone remodelers has performed extremely well in two of our homes, one in washington, d.C. And the other in chevy chase, maryland. In both cases, the owner, ben sigler, remained involved despite the many projects this firm handles in the washington metropolitan area. Of special note, the lead contractor always comes to ensure the workers are assiduous in carrying out their duties. For example, in a recent project requiring major demolition, the officer came to check on the quality of the work and to ensure that all areas were cleaned by day's end. Touchstone also calls in advance if there is, for example, an earlier start of work. The finished products we have experienced both outdoor relative to a deck and chimney and interior involving marble, glass and chrome, the product has been of the highest quality. May it be noted, that this firm also completely remodeled a home in our washington neighborhood and turned it into a large model home from top to bottom. Touchstone has our highest recommendation for effective and beautiful work.”
