“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“We have done a number of project over the course of 5 years with Artifex on residential and commercial projects. They have been great to work with in all roles of the company, Ed has been enthusiastic and passionate about all of our projects throughout despite the differing work, the Artifex team are professional on site and work tidy and efficiently and any sub contracts have been easy to work with. The key strength of Artifex is the quality of the work and attention to detail which has been a consistent over the last 5 years. The work is always completed within a sensible timeframe and within budget. As a surveyor / developer they have made it very easy for me to work with them and I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“The professional and construction team at the Site were instrumental in delivering our project at Downton Farm. The design and build team offered a turnkey solution from planning right through to marketing and handover. The quality of the build was incredibly high and all the properties exceeded asking price on disposal. This unique and flexible service offered by The Site Projects made delivering this development far easier than it would have been had we approached this scheme from a more traditional route. “Highly professional and extremely competent company who I have now used for 3 major projects on two houses. They provided detailed quotes, worked to time and discussed progress on a very regular basis. They were easily contactable and very responsive to all issues. The work was always of the highest quality.The staff are extremely polite and hard working. AJP also provide a highly responsive follow-up service should any problems arise after completion of the work. I was always extremely pleased with their work and would certainly recommend them and also use them again myself.”

“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home. A true eureka moment! As well as taking a practical approach to her work Claire is very much a creative at heart, this shows in her designs and navigation of any hiccups which may come along the way. We would highly recommend Claire Halstead Interiors for taking any space to the next level, and have some fun whist doing it!”

“Great service and professionalism throughout the process of extending my home. Which consisted of garage conversion and an attic conversion into 2 en-suite rooms. From design - build - painting, Oliver and his team were there for any questions I had and all of my worries were satisfied. Great job, if I ever move again, they will be called”

We couldn't be happier with our new house-the restoration is very sympathetic to the history of the barns, the build quality excellent and Anthony's eye for detail exceptional. We have had very few snagging issues but Anthony has been on hand to sort them very quickly and support us in our new home. No hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Fantastic service from Cherwell D&B. We took on an extensive renovation job against a tight timeframe (had to be in the house in time for kids to start school) and on a tight budget. Carl came up with a great plan and the lads executed it brilliantly. Problems and changes were negotiated quickly and efficiently through conversation with Carl and Alan. Job done really well, on budget and with the big ticket items in on time. We stayed with them for a subsequent extension build, similarly well done. Would whole-heartedly recommmend them, and thank my lucky stars we decided to go with them. I doubt if many firms could have delivered as well.”
