The caliber of his work is truly second to none, but what really separates him from his competition is the fact that he cares about his work and his clients, coupled with a level of integrity that you just don't see very much of anymore. Phil was the GC and designer on my dream kitchen renovation, and he very strategically worked with me from beginning through completion to ensure the project was exactly what I wanted. He's an excellent listener and strategic thinker, reliable, and he took the time to understand my style and taste and stepped out of the box with ideas, resources and added value every step of the way. Because of his superb talent in carpentry, he was able to achieve results I never imagined. His abilities across the board are extremely comprehensive and my kitchen exceeded my wildest imagination. “We had two fabulous experiences working with Clark. They did the remodel for our master bath, and then a few months later we happily hired them again to replace some rotten trim and paint the exterior of our house. Both were large projects, the bathroom especially as we basically gutted the room and started from scratch. I was afraid the process would be overwhelming, but Clark was there every step of the way to help us. Every phase of both projects, from the initial design of the bathroom to the final inspection of the paint job, was easy and seamless. Their contractors were always on time and courteous. They handled any issues (my fault, not theirs, I hated the exterior paint color I chose!) immediately and with a smile on their faces. I have recommended them to several friends, and would not hesitate to use them for any additional projects that we may have in the future. I was shocked to read the other review, as my experience was the exact opposite. The employees at Clark - everyone from the office manager to the designer to the project manager - were always on top of things and returned my calls, texts or emails immediately. I could not have been happier with my experience.”

“I have worked with Renate Sieg for 4 different construction projects over the past 15 years. Ranging from a small $50,000 remodel of a NY apartment to a complete renovation of our current Upper West Side apartment which was in excess of $750,000. Our building manager said that she has rarely worked with any construction firm as respectful and mindful of other people in the building and has recommended her for other renovation projects.
