“Sunny house was hired by our church to renovate two bathrooms. The work performed was done in a professional manner. The work performed was tearing down the existing walls, removing fixtures, installing new floors in both bathrooms. The workman always came when they said they were coming and cleaned up at the end of the day. Both bathrooms are now updated and were done to our specifications. I would highly recommend Sunny House.”

Phil was the GC and designer on my dream kitchen renovation, and he very strategically worked with me from beginning through completion to ensure the project was exactly what I wanted. He's an excellent listener and strategic thinker, reliable, and he took the time to understand my style and taste and stepped out of the box with ideas, resources and added value every step of the way. “We had two fabulous experiences working with Clark. They did the remodel for our master bath, and then a few months later we happily hired them again to replace some rotten trim and paint the exterior of our house. Both were large projects, the bathroom especially as we basically gutted the room and started from scratch. I was afraid the process would be overwhelming, but Clark was there every step of the way to help us. Every phase of both projects, from the initial design of the bathroom to the final inspection of the paint job, was easy and seamless. Their contractors were always on time and courteous. They handled any issues (my fault, not theirs, I hated the exterior paint color I chose!) immediately and with a smile on their faces. I have recommended them to several friends, and would not hesitate to use them for any additional projects that we may have in the future. I was shocked to read the other review, as my experience was the exact opposite. The employees at Clark - everyone from the office manager to the designer to the project manager - were always on top of things and returned my calls, texts or emails immediately. I could not have been happier with my experience.”

“I met Eric and the NEC team through a referral of a referral at a point that I had a devastating fire at my house and I consider myself very fortunate to have made the connection. Eric took care of everything from the beginning. Helping not only with the architecting and rebuilding of the house but also he handled the insurance company directly. I would without a doubt go directly to Eric and the NEC team if and when I ever need any design or construction work done again.”
