We were on a relatively tight budget and Todd was open to thinking through significant issues and allowing us to do some work on our own. We were quite happy with the work done”

“We've used Jackson Remodeling 5 times over the past 15 years. First was to do seismic retrofitting of our old house - bolting the house to the foundation. A couple years later they refinished our bathroom and kitchen (walls, windows, cabinets). After that they rebuilt a fence and tool shed. Our big project was over the winter of 2010 - 11 at our new house. They managed the remodeling needed (new roof, insulation, gutters, some paint and electrical work, new hood over the stove, custom-built bathroom cabinet door, and more). Last year they devised a way to divert rainwater from under our deck away from a basement door in a very confined space. Totally a one-off custom job that has worked to perfection. Eric has been our lead contact person through all of these projects. Besides being a very fun person to work with, he is an absolute professional. Crew members (like Josh) are exceptionally talented. They communicate well throughout the project; their budgets are accurate; they are timely; they clean up; they are a real pleasure work with.”

“We have the distinction of living in the first home Ben designed, and we’ve been in it for 10 years now. Faced with the thrilling prospect of being able to build a house, quickly collided with indecision; exciting possibilities vs. economics. Ben had the patience to design three totally different floor plans, and worked honestly with us through the realities of each design, keeping in mind our limited budget. We built on family land across the river from the house I grew up in, and could not be happier with the outcome. We absolutely owe it all to Ben for making our dream come true. “I worked with Ben and his company on my rooftop deck. The project was amazing, from the first blueprint, to the planning and the execution of the build out, Ben is exceptionally talented. We have since done a couple more phases (additional lighting and back side of the deck build out), I don't have anybody come up on my rooftop without being blown away. I highly recommend London-i.”

“We had our bathroom remodeled -- completely gutted to the studs. The architectural designs to maximize the use of a rather small space were just we needed and helped us accomplish more than what we though was initially possible. We were really happy with the design process, the quality of project management, and the high standards for contracting out electric work, plumbing, and tiling. The bathroom is just how we imagined it and small revisions or hurdles along the way were well managed! We are very happy with the final result and recommend the team at Estate Homes.”

“It was great working with Chris on our kitchen remodel! I've worked with a few contractors in my life and he definitely stands out for his commitment to making sure the job was done right. After he did the demolition he noticed our original plan wouldn't be ideal for letting in natural light (an important thing for us). Rather than just plow ahead to get the job over with (which he totally could have done without us realizing it), he paused the work and gave us a chance to discuss options for making the layout better. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out!”
