“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. “Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. We decided to go with Greenwise Construction because they provided excellent customer service and took their own time to go above and beyond our meetings to research design solutions and answer any questions we had. During the estimating process - they seemed to be very detailed and made sure to let us know of any challenges that they may come across - this helped us feel comfortable in the sense that they would not give us any surprises with constant change orders - resulting in additional money paid out throughout the project. We were most concerned in the waterproofing process for the shower and floors since we have had problems with this before in another bathroom at a previous residence. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. They maintained open communication throughout this process, in particular, because they knew it was something we were concerned about, which helped give us peace of mind and made us feel like our money wasn't being wasted away. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it.
