“We hired Versa Platinum Renovations to add 600 square feet to home and completely renovate an additional 500+ square feet inside, just the thought of this was a scary Reno for us with three small kids and having to open up the whole side of our home in the winter months to the environment, From the initial conversation with Felipe determining the budget, permits, Andrea designs and construction it was incredible! we had a very clear communication through the whole project, it was completed on time and on budget!! The trades were very punctual and respectful of our family and space and I am pleased to recommend Versa and there team to anyone looking for the highest quality Renovation and a very respectful and professional team! “Monaco Estates did a renovation of our 1940s era home in 2010. The job included an extension to the front of the house encompassing a new enlarged kitchen, a complete top floor renovation, including new roofline and gabled covered front entryway. Paul and his crew were very professional, honest and did a terrific job on our renovation. The company’s workmanship was top-notch and we also hired them to landscape and terrace our steep North Vancouver property. Again the job was done to a very high standard and to this day we have people stopping to complement us on the radical improvement to the property. Paul was very respectful of our budget and did the work in a timely manner. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company.”

“Mark Rostad (Bear Creek Special Projects) has done various projects in the past for us so when it came time to design and create a large covered deck, he was our logical choice. Mark's ability turned our requests into an exciting addition to our home. His experience with the use of exposed and engineered beams provided a functional yet dramatic new space. Mark was mindful of the budget and kept us informed all during the building process. He has a good working relationship with other building trades such as electricians, plumbers, roofers etc. who were all involved in this project. Each step of construction came with certain challenges, for example a low pitched roof, new wiring with an electrical panel, engineered beams and custom windows and 10 ft. sliding doors. Mark handled each issue with confidence. We are very pleased with his work and our guests often comment enthusiastically about the result.”

“We had looked at numerous designs and discussed options with several builders for our view lot in Mission, B.C.. The physical characteristics of the lot required vision and experience to fully realize an optimal design. At the time we were considering a build, we were fortunate to attend an open house for several recently completed projects that Gold Edge designed and built. We were completely sold on the aesthetics, livability and practicality of the homes we viewed. We entered into discussions about a home for the lot and what they thought we could achieve. It became evident they had good ideas and made suggestions and recommendations for a great design, while maintaining focus on our budget target. The house was completed July 2015 (on time!) - after 8 months we can say we love our new home. From the design, through to completion, Gold Edge made the process very straightforward and have dealt with the few issues we've had subsequent to completion very quickly. “We had them do a main floor reno including kitchen, our basement suite kitchen, and our master bathroom as well. They were excellent to work with from the design phase all the way to deficiencies. Their desire to give us the best possible outcome was evident throughout the process. All extra charges (the inevitable addition of scope to the project as it went along) were documented and agreed on before work happened. They have definitely gone the extra mile on every concern we have had. Their workers were respectful and pleasant to have in the home. I am thrilled with the final result of their work. I highly recommend going to their new showroom on Marshall Rd, their displays and friendly staff will be very helpful to you”

We then commissioned Danny to design and build for us coffee tables and end tables for our living room. Danny really excelled here with his creative intuition and his first rate craftsmanship!
