“A year ago May I purchased a new home that was stripped to the studs and subfloor. It needed every kind of trade imaginable to get right. I got referred to Jonas from my awesome architect Drew Dasso. I first hired Jonas to completely reframe my entire first floor including putting in a couple pocket doors a new office some doorways and everything in between. He worked extremely hard for a couple weeks to make sure everything was exactly where it was supposed to be for my design to work. Along the way as you can imagine I encountered many other problems that came up he was more than willing to help and gave some great advice to help solve these problems. After that I had him set all my kitchen cabinets , bath vanities and crown molding which definitely needed an expert to make right. Towards the end of the project I hired him to set my doors and do all my trim carpenter needs, and let me tell you there was a lot of both. After a couple more weeks of Jonas working his tail off my project was finished April 7. As happy as I was to see him leave he was one of my favorite contractors I hired throughout this year long process. Lee Zeglin”

“Our project was unusual for most designers/builders. We built a dual family home, a duplex of sorts, however the ONLY common thing about the two houses was one common wall. The exterior totally appears to be one large house on a very large wooded lot. The staff did an amazing job with zoning, design, and construction of the finished project. We have had our share of challenges, but we have been extremely involved in all aspects, and feel our communication with the Windmiller/Aspen team greatly improved the result we desired.”

Their designs are innovative, their work high quality, and their costs are very moderate. The employees are friendly and professional, and they cleaned up afterwards every single day. So far Red Box has done a complete bathroom remodel, installed a gas fireplace in our living room, and added a small laundry room on our main floor.”

JD also tore down our unattached garage and built a new attached garage, converted our office into a mud/laundry room, and tore down and built a new deck.
