She was very helpful with all the many important decisions that must be made in building a new home. We came to Bob with an architect-designed plan and he input it into his CAD program and came up with a number of improvements and enhancements. Our new home on a lake in Harvard is well-built and highly energy-efficient. The Kodys were great to work with during the 10 month building process and brought the project in on budget (except for some scope changes on our part) and on time. Eric Gilmore, president of Gilmore Building Company, a custom home builder in central MA, worked with us and his architect associates to develop a concept that combined our custom floor plan goals with traditional architecture using the Greek Revival style prevalent on the street to build a "new old home". To complete the look, Eric custom designed many of the exterior and interior trim and molding patterns himself.
