“Direct Build remodeled our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the results . They were able to understand our vision very quickly and remodel the room exceeding our expectations . Of course , there are challenges during this process, but we worked through them to our compete satisfaction . We would recommend them to friends and use them for future projects. “Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

This company is so detailed oriented and their expert designer, Rachel Massie, knows exactly what finishes will sell their properties fast. I have never enjoyed collaborating with another designer, like I have with her. Stephen, David are hard working fellas that purchase the right property, at the right location and sell it at the right price. Buyers literally drool at this teams final product.”

“Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”

“When friends recommended that we use Pam Foster to do a major renovationh of our home, we couldn't believe that she could possibly be as good as they said. Well, she was! Working with her was fabulous. She is so attentive to detail and everyone of her subs was terrific. We are in the process of building a summer home in another state. I told her I wish we could clone her for that job. It is easy to see how she has built her business on word of mouth.”
