“Robbins Contracting built our home in Berthoud, CO as a spec home. We chose to purchase that home because we fell in love with the open floor plan of the main floor- kitchen and living room space. We also loved the vaulted ceilings and beautiful finishes throughout the home. One think I also really loved about that home is the walk in closets in every room. Our master bath was very beautiful and spacious. The wood trim set the home apart from other new homes we saw.”

“I rented out my house in Englewood for 4 years while on job assignment in Colorado Springs. The carpets were looking horrible The house was beginning to look too bad for new renters. I contacted Wendy at CCD Interiors and she did an outstanding job finding a distressed laminate floor at a very reasonable price. This old property looks great and the floors so much easier to maintain. Very happy with my new floors.”

“Paul's has been great to work with. Paul listened when we described what features and functionalities we wanted in our remodel. Even though sometimes my husband and I wouldn't value the same features, Paul created the perfect blend. Our city building department is difficult to work, often times not being consistent with their interpretation of their own guidelines. Paul was diligent in providing the information needed to get the permit approved.”

“Ben and his partner who remodeled my small bathroom in my 80 year old house are wonderful craftsmen who designed a beautiful room that incorporated the elements I was looking for while suggesting adjustments that made the best use of the small space. The room had given me moisture and leakage problems for 25 years and they solved them. I wanted tadelakt on the walls and they also suggested the counter of the new vanity counter be made of tadelakt which a unique beautiful hand made surface. Ben and Frank and crew were communicative, responsive, fun, and respectful. They did all the work themselves except electrical and plumbing for which they got competitive bids. They cleaned up every day. They clearly enjoy their work which made my experience enjoyable as well. They use easy technology for visualizing proposed design and for payment.”

“We purchased our home from Mike McAtee, owner of Lumen Homes, in July 2013. Mike has been our constant partner over the years whenever we have a question or issue. Mike has gone above and beyond what is required or expected of him, often offering to fix our issues (which are generally routine maintenance issues) for little or no charge. Mike is incredibly responsive and true to his word. He is cost conscious while still being committed to delivering a high quality product and top rate service. When we purchased our home Mike said we would have a relationship for years to come - at the time I didn't believe it, but Mike was right and true to his word.”
