“Demardi have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Anthony, Mick and the team highly enough! Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. They were reliable, followed up and researched as need be and as promised, met expectations, and made sure both their and my expectations were met from a quality, vision, and cost perspective, consulting and keeping me informed every step of the way. The project was undoubtably a huge success in every regard, and I have confidence that not only will my bathrooms serve us well for many years to come, but also that Demardi will long be my trusted go to for all my building and renovation needs.”

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”

“This is our second build with Renmark Homes. 15 years ago my husband and I appointed Renmark to purpose build our home to accomodate a young family. Novices at the time, the Renmark team guided us through each step, with expertise and efficiency. The craftsmanship in our house proved to withstand the test of time, as each and everyone of our friends and family continually commented on its durability. Now on our second build (to accomodate adult children), it's Sam and the team that we turned to once again. It's so lovely to see the same faces working together even after all these years. Renmark Homes integrity and honesty has played a big part in their longevity in the industry.”

We are an exclusive supplier of the Habitech panel around New Zealand and the product is being very well received here given our more changeable climate. All of our customers are thrilled with the end result of their energy efficient homes, in particular the warmth given the incredible insulation that Habitech wall panels provide. “Farside made our house renovation possible, coming up with a design, guiding it into reality through drafting, town planning and then the build itself - all in a remarkably short space of time. Chris and Agata have a quality-focused approach, helping us choose elements that gave the build a touch of luxury without sacrificing the budget. And their dedication to sticking to the budget is awesome - it's so easy to go over budget with the many small choices that ultimately add up to a blowout - but our build remained almost exactly to what the original building budget was forecast to be. We can't recommend Farside highly enough.”

Beautifully crafted. - We greatly valued the highly collaborative nature of the design & build process – allowing for the incorporation of many ideas & selections along the way. - A significant requirement of the brief was to conduct the design & build process whilst allowing us to live at home during the build, which was handled perfectly. - We forged & enjoyed strong working relationships with all tradespeople that were on site for the entire duration of the build. - Extremely trustworthy. “Leigh Poliness has an enviable reputation in the building industry in Melbourne. Speak to any of his clients, architects, suppliers and sub-contractors and you will hear how highly they regard him for his skill, professionalism and integrity. I’ve known Leigh for around 13 years and consider it a privilege to work with him on projects. He is so thorough; you can be absolutely confident that whatever he builds for you will last a very long time! Most importantly, he treats his customers with respect and is very concerned about looking after their best interests, communicating with them and making sure they understand how their project will come together. His cautious nature ensures every aspect of your job is performed to a high standard with great attention to detail. While Leigh is capable of delivering an outstanding result on any residential building project, he’s particularly fond of doing Period-home extensions and renovations. From what I’ve seen, his services are in high demand, so if you’re looking for a quality builder at a reasonable price, it would be a good idea to start talking to him sooner rather than later.”
