Presented our plans to belmonte who assisted us in creating these plans to fit our price range, yet not taking away what we felt were the most important pieces. Extremely flexible with meetings, and helped us understand the process step by step. Pete was great at recomendations witthin the space so that every square foot would be utalized vs wasted. We originally had our master suite off the garage and boys off the living room. Pete had great examples as to why we should have this flip flopped. I will never forget his quote in regards to our suite.. we have a hallway to our own suite that brings "a sexy" feel leading into the master suite. He was truly right!! Lindsey was dead on with assiting us with our kitchen design and details. She got a feel for how much we entertain etc and made a perfect kitchen to match our lifestyle..
