She decorated our home, she helped design a 3,000 s/f furnished basement build out, she helped rebuild 4 building lobbies after Superstorm Sandy. She is professional, responsive, and has an attention to detail that eliminates problems before they arise. Her ability to identify a customer’s tastes, illustrate it in a way they can imagine it, they execute all while coming in on budget and on time is second to none. “Severe water damage..My son is stationed in california in the us navy. While house sitting his home had an extensive water leak issue. ishita was on seen almost immediately..and her team assed damage and found the problem....Ishita has comforted and answered any of my questions and concerns in a very professional manner. While this is still a work in progress...i feel confident and eager to see the finished project. Thank you Ishita and your wonderful staff for all your hard work...would very highly recommend your company.”

“Harvest Building Company converted one bay of our three-car garage into an entry room and the entire second floor into an office and guest bedroom and full bathroom. One of the unique features was the dividing wall between the bedroom/office/sitting room spaces. The wall was a bookshelf, which had a center panel, which rotated (they figured out that the mechanism for a windmill would allow the panel to rotate 360 degrees in both directions). While one side contained a bookshelf, the other side had a plain wall so that we could mount a TV on it, thus, allowing the TV to be viewed in the sitting area or in the bedroom. Their tile work, carpentry and sheetrock work was some of the best that I have seen. I really enjoyed working with them, not only because of their meticulous, high quality workmanship, but also, because they really loved and took great pride in their work.”

“J P Spano Building Corp, custom built our home in Quogue. They were with us throughout the entire process from clearing the land to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. They worked efficiently and economically in building our beautiful 7500 sqaure foot home. They paid attention to every scintilla of detail and that is evident as you walk throughout the house. Joe Spano, the owner of JP Spano Building Corp, always has the enviorment in mind when he builds a home. That was evident when he decided to put a geo thermal heating system in our home, at his cost. We have been in the house for over five years and have entertained many people that have complemented us on how beautiful and well constructed our home is. Unlike most builders, Joe and his team were, and still are, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend J P Spano Building Corp to anyone looking to build or renovate their home.
