“Jassen and his entire crew were awesome to work with. They are fast, accurate, clean, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They are very quick to respond to any questions and always making sure I was happy with everything. I used Jennifer Kemp Design Services to help pick out everything from tile, light fixtures, paint, and decor. I would still be picking everything out if it wasn't for Jennifer. I was very indecisive and she was quick to pick up on what would work for me and my space and making it work with the items that I was keeping. I would highly recommend J. Holderby Renovations and will use them for future projects.”

“The entire process from inception, design, demolition, renovation to completion was educational and exciting. The project included renovation of four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an office/computer room downstairs. Paul Golich (design), Chris Allan (project manager), and all JS Brown employees were professional, responsive to our concerns, and a pleasure with whom to work. We can recommend them at the highest level.”

“From start to finish, Ryan was awesome. I had interviewed a few contractors and was less than pleased with their ideas and recommendations. Ryan brought a fresh sets of eyes to this very extensive project and was able to offer me exactly what I wanted. This was a total gut job and the results are excellent. I am very pleased to say the least. Ryan was very accommodating and offered solutions to anything I threw at him - which was a lot. The compliments from neighbors, friends etc. have been overwhelming. I would definitely hire Ryan again and highly recommend his company to anyone contemplating a renovation. I could not have asked for a nicer person as a contractor.”

“We had purchased a Soake Pool, out of New Hampshire, in November of 2021. At the time there was no one in the area who supplied and/or serviced these pools, so we were our own general contractor/laborers, for most of the work in 2022. While following Soake Pools, on Instagram, we found out that they had partnered up with Property Worx, out of Delaware, OH, to be a local supplier, which was a HUGE blessing for us! They came out and finished hooking up our equipment, and then activated our pool. Their team is extremely thorough and knowledgeable of what we would have never been able to accomplish on our own. We highly recommend Property Worx for any work you may be in need of, and if you are looking for a small pool to fit in a tight space, we suggest you check out their new line of plunge pools, by Soake Pools. Our only regret, is they weren't a supplier when we started looking in 2021!”

“I have used this company to remodel our master bath. wonderful company, wonderful people. They stand by their work. I am using them again to do a kitchen remodel. They do a thorough job trying to give you an accurate estimate. They are punctual, respectful of my time and my home. I have said before they may not give you the lowest estimate, but it will be accurate and the work will be high quality.”
