“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. “We changed contractors after starting our remodeling project with an addition and hired Illinois Design and Builders. Darius was able to jump right in and take over. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he is flexible to changes we make from the blueprints and he is able to give us insight from his experience. The overall project has been pleasant working with him, he is always on time to meet with us and communicates well (our other contractor would take days to respond to a call or email).”

“I stumbled across the Cypress Hill website when I was looking for a builder. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Cypress Hill Development. Dan Buie of Cypress Hill built a new home for me and I could not be happier with the process and the result. I have three words to describe my home: quality, quality, quality. The quality of the construction at every point was superb. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, personable, and enthusiastic. Not only is he organized and knowledgeable, but he is very much on top of the budget issues. His background in accounting really comes into play because managing the costs is a challenge. I came into the process knowing virtually nothing; Dan took the time to educate me. He helped me use my limited funds in the most effective manner. He understands the needs of families, but also has an excellent sense of how to put lasting value in a home. His sense of design is flawless -- you won't need an interior designer. I enjoyed the process of building the home immensely (yes, I enjoyed it!). I wish I could build another one. In fact, my immediate family was so impressed with every aspect of my experience and the quality of the home construction are going to have Cypress Hill build a home for them. I enthusiastically recommend Cypress Hill. You will not be disappointed.”
