“Two months prior to my due date with our second child, a contractor we hired to rearrange our master bedroom walked off the job. We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. He followed plans to the utmost detail, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result! We are now considering adding an addition onto our home, and will not be contacting anyone but Seth and SDC. To find someone that is not only incredibly talented at what they do, but is also professional, timely, and kind is worth its wait in gold. We cannot recommend Seth or SDC enough!”

“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“I contacted Cincy Design-Build for a quote on finishing my basement. The owner, Mike, came over and gave me a detailed consultation in a timely manner. Their quote was straightforward and itemized. After we signed the contract we were able to schedule the start of the project 5 weeks out, which was a lot quicker than other quotes I had gotten. Once the project started all of the contractors and sub-contractors arrived on time, and were quite efficient in their work. The project was completed on time and looks fantastic. The finishing work is perfect (painting, caulking, trim) and the design is getting compliments from friends and family. I would highly recommend Cincy Design-Build for your next home improvement project!”
