“Pete and his team did a complete refinishing of our basement. It was done in two stages: the first included designing the empty space to make it most functional for us. We needed apartment type living as our daughter and two granddaughters are living with us. We wanted as much light as possible which he accomplished with the installation of extra windows and great lighting. In addition to a living area, we needed a desk area, a bedroom and bath and plenty of usable storage. He covered existing support posts and added closets. The second stage was begun after three years when we decided a kitchen was also needed so Pete again used his design expertise by converting the desk area into a wonderful kitchen which includes plenty of cabinet and counter top space, a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove along with the addition of a beautiful, functional breakfast bar. Pete and his carpenters, plumbers and others were always respectful, on time and kept us abreast of what was happening on a daily basis. There were no unexpected delays. We could not have asked for a better outcome.”

“In the fall of 2015 I had my kitchen and first floor bathroom remodeled by Innovative Home Design & Remodeling, LLC. Owner Daniel J. Carr is extremely customer oriented. Dan and his team strive to meet and exceed the customer's expectations. Dan and his team combine a pleasant attitude with a "can do" attitude. The project they completed for me was done on time and within the agreed upon budget. During the project Dan went the extra mile to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction. He personally made several trips to the granite, cabinet, and tile stores. He really wanted to make sure that everything matched perfectly and that I was truly happy with everything. I had to save for a long time in order to get these projects done and it was important to me that they were done right. In today's world it is difficult to find people that are going to do a great job at a fair price. “These guys are great. I remodeled my kitchen. Someone went with me to pick out all of my cabinets, tiling, flooring and marble. They said it would take 3 weeks and it did. They were her when subcontractters came so I didn't have to take off work or deal with them at al. They were very neat, cleaning and vacuuming the area each day. Very trustworthy....in fact, I gave them my pass code for the house. I've had many compliments on their work and have alreadyrecommended them to several people.”
