“Great Northern Builders (GNB) did an awesome job on remodeling my home. Kitchen of my dreams. Finished my unfinished basement with a new bedroom, bathroom and office. New furnace and A/C. Roof on house and garage. Siding on garage. GNB was very accommodating as I work from home. It always felt like I was their only project. Held my hand through the entire desing process. Always timely responses to my endless questions. Id hire them again in a heartbeat. Cant image working with amyone else.”

“My husband and I have worked with Samantha Grose for the past 1-1/2 years during a whole house remodel plus addition. We both highly recommend her as someone who is very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable in many areas and just an absolute gem to work with. She takes the time to get to know your personal sense of style, likes and dislikes and guides you in decisions without imposing her own will on you. She is just plain helpful when you are faced with what could be a daunting task. It takes talented, goal-oriented leadership with a proven plan to complete a remodel project on time. I enjoy working for Divine because his homeowners are given a more then fair allowance to spend on floorcovering. So many of the OTHER builders I work with offer their customers allowances that are not consistant with the value of the homes that are built. As a consumer myself, I feel good about being able to sell quality products that Divines customers expect and Deserve!!”
