“I worked with Linda on the redesign of a badly planned utility space. The space needed to work hard to achieve all of my needs and Linda was able to combine her creative talents with technical experience and came up with a very practical and attractive design. Linda presented a number of options for the storage and appliances and worked within my budget, which is often ignored when working with designer project managers. we used one of the builders that Linda had recommended and were impressed by the precision and detail of his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Linda and her team to anyone wanting a responsive and professional service. She was a pleasure to work with.”

“Kennet Design were so professional from beginning to end of our extension project and we really felt we had a personal touch and that they really cared about our plans and vision. The plans that were drawn up were brilliant and gave our builders the precise information they needed to carry out the work to regulation standard - even in a way that we understood, so we could keep an eye on the build and progress. Thank you to the team for making our first experience of house renovation such a great one!”

“The key theme of this team is: QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY - the SovereignStructures (SS) team delivered a complex refurbishment+newbuild project for us in a remote part of Wiltshire. The subcontractors and labour within their network is valuable, trustworthy and professional. And as a result the quality of the product we obtained was top notch. Very happy with it. While our project took longer than expected - it was a balance between ensuring the quality and trying to complete as expidently as possible. I belive that the Mgmt Team of SS can handle any project really - with enough time and detail provided at the outset - it will likely go very well. Note that our project required new foundations, M&E, roofing works, external drainage, landscaping, full first and second fixes. There is nothing this group cant handle. Good job guys and thank you.”
