“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Great Rooms in the redesign of my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. They even contracted to have my stairs rebuilt in hardwood. Katlyn led the design work. She delivered a design that gave me much more storage and usability for the size of my kitchen. We used the Houzz website and app to share ideas. Because of Katlyn's strong and creative design sense and the Houzz app, everything went smoothly - from picking cabinets, tile, wall colors, granite and fixtures. Many of my decisions were made over e-mail. Katlyn got to know me and sent me pictures of options. She made the design process very easy and enjoyable. Once designed, Great Rooms delivers a project plan that lays out the experience and expectations to the week and day. They have delivered on the plan consistently throughout. Heath led the construction work and kept me informed throughout. He let me know when I should expect key milestones and when I should be out of the house. He helped me pick just the right color for my hardwood floors to go with the other selections. I can't say enough good things about Great Rooms and the experience Katlyn and Heath delivered. Through thorough up front planning, design, and expectation setting, they go on to deliver a high quality final product! I couldn't be happier!”

“I've worked with ABL over the last 5 years on a number of projects in 3 homes, and I have referred them without reservation to family and friends, both of whom proceeded and hired ABL to complete the work in their homes. They are courteous, professional and complete in their approach to a project. Prompt to arrive, they leave a clean home behind, and come in on budget. Specific projects I've hired them for include: kitchen remodel (install can lights, build pantry, install dishwasher, reface cabinets and paint existing boxes in place, paint wrought iron fence, remove/install replacement windows, investigate a possible leak/spot treat mold/rebuild soffit/reinstall cabinets.”

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

He has extremely capable workers/companies doing all the work; Ryan schedules all the projects so there is no problem with workers showing u[p unannounced. The project was therefore a smooth project. Ryan kept us informed on a daily basis, including his description of all costs.”

“Hernando Moreno was the architect for our "dream" house and he really delivered. He put his heart and soul into our house design and monitored the progress every step of the way. The result is a beautiful home that delights us every day. The home is full of wonderful features including a large front porch, screened porch and back deck across the length of the house. The home also has a state of the art kitchen with the most updated appliances and luxury cabinets. It will hold its value (and more) for many years. With Hernando as your architect you will get outstanding service, expertise and attention to detail. He is a very calm person and will handle all issues. He has been in business for more than 30 years. Your project will get completed within a reasonable time frame and at a great value. I recommend him highly.”
