“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. “Altierra Builders LLC (specifically Slawek Lesny and his crew) did a fantastic job repairing my condo after water damage. They specifically did flooring, drywall, trim work, and painting. Slawek worked well with the building, was timely, helpful, communicative and met all of my expectations. I was managing this project/water damage from afar, and Slawek took care of every last detail. “I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“The kitchen Bogdan created for us is the prettiest kitchen I have ever had. I just pinch myself that it is ours, and that I get to cook in it every day. We live in a 1902s vintage condominium that has some beautiful details, and he created a kitchen as gracious as the property deserves. He helped us with the design, he listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the finishes, and even when he ran into a challenge (every single wall was cement) he never made us feel like anything was a problem. As we changed our mind on things, and added on air conditioning, and then a bathroom redo, he kindly performed beautiful work. His team was wonderful to have in our home- even taking care of our elderly dog when he needed it. This was just all so.....easy. And the results so beautiful. As Bogdan once told us, being good isn't enough. He wanted the work he did to be perfect. And we think it is.”
