He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. “I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work. Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. I absolutely recommend Diversified.”

“Honest, family run, customer service oriented operation. I came to them with a general idea to knock down a wall to combine my outdated medium sized kitchen and small dining area into one multi functioning space. They were ready, willing, and well equipped to fill in the blanks. There were a lot of blanks. I have a small {1000 sq. ft.} 2BR 1Bath ranch so this renovation represented approximately 1/3 of my house. Complicating the project was the loss of the baseboard heat that ran along the wall that was to be demolished (we would eventually go with radiant heat under the new wood floor to match the existing wood floor). John Little the owner (contractor/carpenter), and Mike Potapchuk (designer) came to the house and I was immediately impressed with their "can do" attitude while offering practical options for the many technical aspects of the project. They have an excellent reputation in the area and they offered a reasonable price so I did not shop around, we just got to work. A thousand and one decision to be made about things that I had absolutely no opinion about. This was why I had put this project off till now. They recommended I spend time developing opinions by visiting the Houzz website. After numerous hours with Mike and many visits to their well equipped design center in East Northport we had a plan. They could not have been more patient with me. At one point I came to them with an idea for the island that I saw on Houzz. It was a table base for one end of the new island. Within minutes Ann Marie (John's wife) had the company who made that table base on the phone and was pricing it out. John said he could tie it in to the island easily. They made it happen and that table base is now the focal point of my beautiful new kitchen. They also offered 2 free hours of consultation with their interior designer. Mary Maggio helped immensely with the color scheme (particularly the island color) while offering many other decorating ideas. All the guys that came to the house were gentleman who respected my property and privacy. Matt in particular went the extra mile in making my 60 year old house look new again. All things considered, I find it hard to imagine another contractor better suited to my needs. Matt”

“The Bay Shore United Methodist Church had stained glass windows in need of repair. After receiving a number of estimates, Somers Stained Glass was chosen. At that time they had been in business 110 years and had a good reputation. Both Trish and her father visited the site to examine the project. They took care of getting the equipment needed to take care of the situation. A weakness in the structure surrounding the window was addressed and the problem was solved. Trish made a number of visits to the site. The workmen were cooperative and worked well together and with us. We were invited to come over to their workshop while they were cleaning and restoring our stained glass windows and explained the work that was being done. Having had similar work done by other companies we were sorry that we had not always dealt with the Somers group. They were always available to answer questions and finished the work within the time frame agreed upon. There were no added costs to the project. Should we need this type of work again I would not hesitate using them.”

“Noah construction is a class act! After several estimates and ideas brought our way from 4 other contractors everything we had as a vision was no you can't do that. I met Peter and everything was a yes. His ideas and plans came back within a day or two and not only did he give us what we had invisoned he had other ideas with him as well. Noah construction did my entire house over and we added a living roon addition as well. We were so pleased with Noah that they just recentley finished our entire basement and that is gorgeous as well.
