“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“Having built before, I know only too well the headaches it can entail. However, Paul and Steve and the Peninsula Homes team made this experience a pure joy. Great attention to detail. Nothing was too much of a challenge. Always a positive attitude and outstanding customer service. The team they used throughout the process were artisans who were passionate about their craft. “Russ at Avalon Constructions built a granny flat / townhouse for us. He is extremly professional and flexible. We were able to pick and choose if there were some aspects that we could do ourselves to keep costs down. Russ has an amazing rapport with subcontractors, and we had very minimal problems or delays with any subcontractors. He is very detailed and made sure the smallest details were adressed. If we are building or renovating again I would definitly use Russ and Avalon Constructions again!”
