“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. They checked in with us and answered all our questions as the kitchen remodeling progressed. Good company for your remodeling projects! Thanks, Eli!”

“We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. “We used JRP for two fairly large projects. A complete kitchen expansion and remodel two years ago, and recently an exterior makeover with new hardscape and landscape. The kitchen project involved everything from structural design to final decorating touches. Of course we loved the new look so much we expanded into the Family Room for a cohesive makeover. The exterior makeover included new driveway, replacing wood siding with beautiful stone, new windows and doors, and a new landscape design. Working with Justin, Vince, and crew was a pleasure. The crew are skilled, professional, punctual, polite, and neat. Justin and Vince were responsive to emails and texts whenever we had questions. We are very happy with the end result of both projects and had many compliments from friends and neighbors. We will definitely use JRP for future projects.”

“I hired Sven of GBS Builds to completely rebuild income property I have purchased in the fall of 2019 for a flip. Despite pandemic challenges (delays in permits and construction costs), Sven and his team did the best job possible for a successful resale. Attention to details, excellent knowledge of the process, accessibility and communication (often an issue with most contractors!) were superb.
