“I hired Metzger Design to finish the basement of a single family home I had just bought sometime in June of 2013. As a professional realtor with a PMP (project management expertise), I usually do more research and explore at least 3 contractors before choosing who I hire. With Metzger Design, I did not have to go to a second or third vendor to compare notes; I was convinced thru the owner and builder himself, Jared Metzger, that I will be in good hands. It was critical I hire a reputable, trustworthy, and highly competent contractor because I was still living in 2-3 hours away from the house I bought and so I wouldn't be able to check on their work on a regular basis. Metzger Design delivered the requirements of my home project on time, below cost projection, and most importantly according to my expectations. Walk thru requests were efficiently addressed. That is to me the essence of high integrity. And I liked Jared's concept and execution of design, not to mention his honest, professional, and friendly personality.
