“Great Northern Builders (GNB) did an awesome job on remodeling my home. Kitchen of my dreams. Finished my unfinished basement with a new bedroom, bathroom and office. New furnace and A/C. Roof on house and garage. Siding on garage. GNB was very accommodating as I work from home. It always felt like I was their only project. Held my hand through the entire desing process. Always timely responses to my endless questions. Id hire them again in a heartbeat. Cant image working with amyone else.”

“We hired Julkowski, Inc. to remodel two bathrooms and upgrade the floors and railings on our deck. All jobs were completed according to timelines given, and very professionally. Every single person that came to our house was 100% committed to doing the job well. All questions and concerns were addressed and discussed so that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. As far as the design aspect, they were right on target! Their design put our house in better shape and style than we ever had. We absolutely couldn't be happier!”

“Our family just built a home with TJB HOMES, this builder has been very honest and always went above and beyond to make sure our needs where being met all the time. They are amazing to work with if you have an older home you can not sell, They will help you rent it out and get you into your dream home. I can say that people told us oh no your building it will be so stressful this is NOT TRUE WITH TJB HOMES> we did not experience any stress at any point. It was so fun watching our home we custom picked and designed come true before our eyes. They use the best wood and framing materials and all of there employees will always make sure you as a customer are satisfied. I cannot say enough great things about this builder, they exceeded our expectations. Thank you to TJB HOMES for making our DREAM HOME!”
