“Tom Gladstone is THE premier builder in Bay County Florida who truly cares more about the client than himself. He has been building for over 30 years and his reputation is excellent. Mr. Gladstone used his own computer design software to assist in plans--something many contractors do not have. He took his time to make sure that we were involved in every step of the process, giving us the chance to make selections every time several possibilities arose. He used only quality subs with whom he has worked for many years. We were able to stay within budget most of the time and high quality materials were utilized for our custom retirement home. Mr. Gladstone does not charge for 'change orders' as long as he does not have to tear down and start over an item. After construction and for our first year he has addressed any issues which arise without hesitancy. Mr. Gladstone is extremely knowledgeable and practical due to his vast experience.
