“Mr. Turner builds a very nice house with exceptional details and quality. He and his wife have been professional and helpful to me and my clients. I am a Realtor. One transaction I remember well. I helped a young couple write a contract on one of his houses. It took quite a bit of time with details and selections. The couple contacted me the next day and had changed their mind and wanted out of the contract. I told them Mr. Turner had every right to keep their earnest money. Most sellers would have, but David was pleasant and gave the earnest money back with a smile. It has been nice doing business with David Turner.”
