At the end of each work day, the contractor cleaned up all the debris and tools making it very easy to tolerate the construction phase.”

“My husband and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful experience we have had so far with RIKB. We are moving from the designing stage into the ordering process. So technically we still have a few more weeks before we begin the actual renovation of our kitchen. If the rest of the process goes as well as it has, we will be posting another rave review. They take you from the design of your project through to it's final conception. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their goal is to create the kitchen you want within a predetermined budget range. Well it's done. We love the results. It's like living in a brand new house. All thumbs up for RIKB!!!!! We love our new kitchen. Here are the before and after pictures. You decide. We are glad we decided to go with RIKB. It's a joy to cook and eat in our lovely new kitchen. Thanks RIKB!!!!”

“Luke and his team are the best contractors we have worked with. If you are looking for the right contractor to build something for you then you have found the right person/company! The reason I state this is for many reasons including the following: 1. They say what they will do and OMG they actually do it and then guarantee satisfaction 2. His quality of work is at the highest level 3. His pricing is reasonable and fair 4. They will finish on-time 5. Dependable 6. Honest Luke and his team build three bathrooms in our house along with a number of other odds and end projects while here. We are looking forward to using their services to build a third garage. “We are in the early stages of our remodel project for our Beachhouse. Our plan is to enlarge our kitchen and Ian has been tremendous in thinking through the practical side of our expansion. His idea to move the peninsula from one side of the room to the other was brilliant. He has been terrific at providing us with site plans so that we can go to conservation. He has also rendered a 3-D visual of what our final kitchen could look like. He clearly has taken the time to understand our total picture and we recommend him and are highly excited to be working with him.”

“Our home had a bunch of deferred maintenance items that we wanted to get squared away in preparation for selling: masonry wall, pointing exterior bricks, refinishing a large deck, rebuilding the front steps, repair interior walls, rebuild shower floor and sill, paint entire interior, etc. We hired Jon to complete all of these items. Jon hired and oversaw many sub-contractors and executed some of the work himself. We're very pleased with the final product and our house now looks as good as it can.”

“This was an unbelievably easy and positive experience for me. First of all, I interviewed with 8 contractors before deciding on Rob. I own an older home and wanted a new kitchen (changed footprint), bathroom and flooring. Not to mention there was a crumbling chimney going through my living room that needed to be removed. From our first meeting, I knew Rob's knowledge and professionalism was exactly what I needed and trusted to get the job done. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me updated almost daily on what was happening, what the next steps were, realistic timing of completion, everything. I never had to call him to find out, he was always a step ahead and picked out some amazing design schemes for my home. I cannot recommend Rob any higher; you can truly tell he loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his customers. 200% recommended.”
