“The best company ever! Everyone, from the owner Jon Roberts, to our project manager and the subcontractors are anxious to help you realize your dreams. Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. Everyone connected to the project have been respectful and idea-filled.”

“Karen designed a complete inside and out remodel of our 40+ year old 3400 sq-ft home on Bainbridge Island. She also hired and supervised the work of a group of outstanding subcontractors. The job was completed in a timely manner at on budget. Karen was great to work with. She listened to our ideas and then transformed them into plans that proved to be better than we hoped. We whole heartedly recommend her and she will get our call if we ever tackle this kind of project again.”

“Lex Morgan and Noel Carey built my home while I was 10000 miles away in Europe. Everyone said I was crazy not to be there, but my wife and I felt very comfortable with these two professionals. They went the extra mile to ensure that we communicated and that all our options were considered. The process included site preparation, grading, surveys, a septic system and a well. Everything was done professionally, cordially ... and exact to specification. These guys stake their livelihood and their reputation on doing the best job and they follow through each detail with that frame of reference. I highly recommend them to build your home; they will not disappoint.”

“Thoroughly professional. Process was totally transparent from cost breakdowns and change orders, regular onsite meetings, spreadsheet showing timing of all aspects of the work. Finished on time as agreed. Always available for questions, problems or other issues. Came in on budget. All subcontractors were of excellent quality. Even after completion of the job, they have been helpful and responsive to us. They made a stressful process as stress-free as it could possibly be.
