“MAC completely remodeled our master bathroom. The company was easy to work with. They helped us keep our costs down by allowing us to do some of the work ourselves. All the employees were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. We LOVED the result and would hire them again.”

“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“Harmon Builders set the bar high and then exceeded it every step of the way. Their attention to detail, superior craftmanship, organization, communication and diligence made our custom home building process smooth (and believe it or not, fun!) They took our raw piece of land void of any infastructure and turned it into a beautiful and relaxing haven where nature meets modern comfort and design. From the moment we talked with Melani and Paul we knew they were going to be the builders of choice for our project. Harmon Builders approached our project as if it was their own home. They cared as if they would be living there and thought through every possible scenario and fact of life to ensure everything would be both beautiful and functional. They strive for superior quality in every last element and detail. In addition, their constant communication ensured we felt confident in the process, progress and quality of our home. And to top it all off, they are lovely people. It has been a pleasure to get to know Melani and Paul and such a bonus to enjoy hanging out with them over the duration of our project. We cannot recommend Harmon Builders enough. We will return to them with any additional projects without hesitation. Hire them! They're THE BEST.”

“Goliath Construction recently did a master bathroom remodel for us. Courtney & Juver were wonderful throughout the remodel as were all of the Goliath crew. The crew always showed up when they said they would and when they left each day, everything was cleaned up. They kept us informed of the progress of the work throughout the process. We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.”

“I had Maryland Residential Design add a full bath to the first level of my townhouse, and must say I was very pleased with every step of the design/build process. The designer was also my job supervisor, who provided a drawing of the bath, and he detailed everything from the grout color to the knobs on the vanity before commencing. The whole job only took 2 weeks! The workers were not only skilled and professional, but REALLY cared about my home in keeping not only the work area clean, but also adding plastic barriers to contain the dust, plastic and cardboard on floors at entrances, and even mats outside for workers to wipe their feet. To top it off, they added a pocket door instead of a regular door at no charge. Love my bath!”

“Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat. I have been very pleased with the results. My older children enjoy drinking their coffee every morning semi reclined in the sunlight.”
