“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“Nick and his colleagues have built a new extension to the back of our house which incorporates a new kitchen, utility room, dining room area and external patio. Nick and his team were punctual throughout the whole 7 month project and always worked hard. Nick managed the project extremely efficiently and was well organised in terms of bringing other professionals in at the appropriate time such as plumbers, window fitters and electricians. We are very pleased with the standard and quality of the work and would certainly employ Nick and his team for any future building work that we may decide to do. We would definitely recommend them to others who are considering any type of building work, big or small. Many thanks Nick and the team, a fantastic job completed!”

“We instructed CDMS in early July to remodel our 1980's semi detach house. We wanted to create an open plan living, dinning, cooking area. Where we can entertain our friends and family. Attention to detail is was very important to us we wanted a high end finish. Tony and his team, were clean, tidy, and respectful at all times. They helped guide us whilst making decisions, on materials and finishings. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been a pleasure working with them, and their excellent work has resulted in us owning our dream house. We couldn't be happier!”
