“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”

“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.”

“My husband and I were the General Contractors on our owner/build new construction home. We hired The Right Stage to help us with several projects in the construction process. The Right Stage helped with sheetrock, interior wood floors, fireplace stone, exterior stone and painting, driveway pour, and rock pathway in garden to name a few. Shaniko is wonderful to work with! He is very attentive to details and communicates throughout the entire job. I'm a Realtor® and I refer him out to my clients whenever they have a need. The Right Stage is pretty awesome!”

She met with us to define the scope of the design work we needed; researched materials and products that fit our needs and our budget; and met our expectations for deadlines. She built us a Houzz "scrapbook" so that we could envision how the products and materials she recommended would be used... this is a great touch since we lacked the vision ourselves! “We spent two years looking for a new home that was well-built, with great finishes. We wanted to downsize without sacrificing quality, but the longer we looked, the more impossible a task it became. Then we drove by a home being built by Carty Custom Builders, called the number on the sign, and ended up buying the home. Throughout the process, Chris and Nate Carty could not have been more accommodating and attentive. Chris’s attention to detail borders on the fanatical, which is exactly what you want from someone who is building your home. Even after we closed, he has continued to stay in touch, making sure we continue to be completely satisfied. When he told us that he's the first person we should call if any issues come up, we believed him—he is true to his word. “Gregory Thomas designed and oversaw the remodeling of my kitchen, the Corvallis Blue Kitchen as seen in his projects. He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. Photos can be seen in his projects.”

“Tyler Jones is one of the best General Contractor I have worked with. He and his crew have the knowledge of construction and applicable building codes to complete projects. I am a civil engineer with 35 years of experience in this field and I met Tyler in one of the projects my company designed. He is the most hones, trustworthy, respectful young contractor, with incredible insight of how the construction is progressing, foreseeing any issue well in advance and then coordinating with the engineer to resolve them. It is a pleasure to work with Tyler and his crew and I will introduce him to my clients as my top choice of contractors to entruct their projects in his hands.
