“Building a high quality 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home in an upscale neighborhood. We didn't design the house but we were able to completely customize the interior. We chose paint colors and flooring which included wood, tile, and carpet. We also chose counter tops, tile, and cabinet stain. During construction my wife and I notice several areas that would make good nooks or storage / tornado shelters and they accommodated those requests.”

“My husband and I have an issue ... We can not buy turn key houses. That being said I was going into full panic mode over the kitchen renovation that needed to be done in our new house. I even traveled for 10 days!! I get updates just about every day and if I have questions I have Angela's cell phone number and can call or text anytime. In the middle of this project my husband got news that he will be getting transferred!!!! Not great.. full panic mode started again!!! Angela just switched gears to get the project done faster and switched some things for resale value. I also need to mention that she has kept my champagne taste on a beer budget without compromising the over all look! I love Acadian House and will use them again and again no matter our location!!!”

“After years spent attending Parade of Homes and open houses, I had a hand drawing sketched out and was looking for someone to help draw the actual plans. I liked several homes I visited that were built by Habitat Digital and approached A Digital for their floorplans. Mauricio generously shared several and though all were very nice, they all lacked some element critical to my vision. He was busy and I decided to wait on him until he had time to work on my plans and in hindsight that was the best decision. Once he actually started working on my drawings, he was quick out of the gate. He sent multiple drafts to help me envision the basic layout and discuss. I was stressed out and in a time crunch myself so it was a pleasant and welcome change to see the drafts and be able to request tweaks and ask about different approaches. I requested and got his frank opinion on options I was considering. That helped me make several informed choices. The entire design process felt very collaborative. Mauricio was a patient listener throughout and very responsive both via phone and emails. When we started working with him, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted; but as the floor plan evolved, we ended up making significant changes to our initial concept and Mauricio was a great help by sending updated draft drawings and even suggesting other ways to accomplish what we were thinking. Usually together we came up with a totally different solution from what we had started with which actually ended up being the optimal choice. He listened closely to my ramblings and expressed wishes and helped set them on paper. He never hurried me when I was thinking something out loud and answered the many questions I asked in depth and it was helpful to have German available as a sounding board on building specific questions. They generously shared from their past experiences and knowledge base and were quick to point out why something may not be a good idea within the scope of my project but never tried to steer me away from my intended goals. He was tireless and quick with providing updated drawings for review after every meeting or email / phone consultation and pushed to get the plans finalized in a timely fashion. When I couldn't make up my mind about a certain section of the layout, seeing his drawings was the best way to think it through and make the final choice. He was open to my non traditional design choices and pleasantly surprised me by applying some of my funky approaches to other areas of the plan that I hadn't even thought about but that looked cool and functional after he put it on paper. I had heard from other people about saving money by using a draftsman but I don't think I would have obtained this quality of work and excellence of execution so this feels like money well spent. Everyone who has seen the final plans has complimented us on the pretty elevations and functional design. I have great peace of mind knowing that Mauricio will assist with code compliance issues - if any crop up - as we seek HOA and city approvals. I highly recommend A Digital to anyone who would like to get a well thought out / custom design without having to pay an arm and a leg in the process.”

“After Hurricane Gustav, the crew at Nelson Dakmak were on hand almost immediately to repair our home. We had one large tree crush the front of our home, taking out most of the brick column porch and buckling the bricks across the front of our home. We also lost our back patio to another large tree. Nelson and his crew were on time, meticulous, and wonderful to work with. This is something I have never been able to say about other contractors that we have worked with. A real quality company.”
