“An excellent finish to my bathroom. A few structural problems occurred due to bad workmanship in the past, but all the problems were sorted out at little extra cost to me. All work was completed on time and all the workers were very punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Would recommend the company to anyone who wants a good job done for a reasonable price.”

“Can fully recommend Matthew and his firm. From start to finished they have exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the quality of the workmanship, and in terms of the attentiveness and flexibility as the project developed. We always felt that Aesir were working with us to achieve our vision. When we finally moved back into our completely extended and renovated home, it was pristine, immaculate and of a superb standard. After a couple of bad experiences in the past with contractors, our anxieties were soon put aside as Aesir reassuringly exceeded the terms of their contract to absorb all of the unforeseen difficulties and decisions we encountered along the way. “This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. She focussed on how we could maximise an unused side garden to be a useable, extension to the central lounge. “Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients.
