“Lasley Brahaney's crew did beautiful work on our new addition. They executed their tasks with skill and professionalism, handling all the details and keeping the stress level as low as possible. The workers were friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to discuss any aspect of the project. Although our project was not a large one, the owner Marc took personal interest in making sure we were happy with all aspects of the work. We recommend Lasley Brahaney highly, and will definitely use them again if we have future construction projects.”

“My husband and I hired John to completely rebuild an old stone house. We chose him over two other builders not because he was the cheapest, but because the quality and workmanship he displayed were just what we were looking for. John oversaw the entire job, from demo to the finished trim, inside and out. The job entailed tearing the roof and second story, adding a sun room, and then completely rebuilding the house. It included a new second story, all new plumbing and electrical, new kitchen, new bathroom, everything. We wanted to rebuild the house even better than it had been, and that's what we did. We were extremely pleased with John's work and that of the sub-contractors with which he worked. John was on the site every day either overseeing the work, or doing it himself. He was always professional, enthusiastic, and up front about the costs and time the job would take. He gave us great ideas about finishing trim and even milled it himself. Our house is beautiful and well built. If we had to do it over again, we would hire John.”

“I bought a new house from Rica Builders and the design, quality and attention to detail of their work is beautiful. I have recieved compliments from every guest we have had here and even a few unsolicited offers the home is that nice! Our kitchen cabinetry and stone fireplace and mantel are stunning and the master bath is 5 star luxury. I also think it is important to note that throughout the home buying and project completion phases of the process they were extremely professional and demonstrated a high degree of commitment, accountability and trustworthiness - very rare these days. I have recomended to friends and family.”

“Restored my house along with my love for the Jersey Shore. I lost my whole first floor in Super Storm Sandy and The Downs Group renovated my shore house while I was living in Georgia. Jim Downs and his crew were professional throughout the whole process and dependable when it came to keeping us informed, giving us options, and benefits from their years of experience. His office staff continually advised me of every step they were taking through emails, photos and good old fashioned phone calls! When the renovation was complete and I flew up in October to see the finished project, I was not only overwhelmed but joyous! What a beautiful job! Quality persevered throughout my home! Attention to details was beyond belief! Their creativity along with their design work was impeccable! I would highly recommend them!”
