“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. “Angie did a brilliant job at totally re-imaging our downstairs living space to transform it from very separate rooms, to a cohesive space fit for a young family still with individual purpose. “Rosewood Carpentry and Building Ltd have done two jobs for me over the last two years. The first one was building a timber framed Bungalow and the second was to rebuild a conservatory in Cedar wood. Both jobs were completed on time and on budget. The main reason I will continue to use Rosewood for any future work is their reliability and high levels of communications. They are a delight to deal with and if any problems did arise they were always sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.”

“One year on from the completion of our single-storey side-return extension (approx 58m2) including internal work. We now have a much improved well-insulated house with underfloor heating to the whole of the new extension. A large kitchen/dining area has been created with a large roof lantern over the island in the kitchen. Plus a super downstairs shower room with W/C and separate utility room with futuristic touch-screen boiler and electric flat opening roof above. Additionally we had a chimney breast removed from one of the bedrooms above. We are extremely pleased both with the high standard of work and attention to detail. We found Archie to be very approachable, quick to respond to any of our many and varied questions and would be happy to employ him in the future.”

We employed Callisto to build our new 6 bedroom home in Kent, Despite Covid 19 they maintained their composure, Updated us on any supply issues and worked with us to get us in to out new build property promptly and efficiency. Their build costs are accurate (having used an independent surveyor to verify) To all those who wish to build themselves - DO NOT USE ONLINE PRICE GUIDES as they set the bar Very Low , Employ a reputable company such as Callisto as they will offer a true build cost. A pleasure to find and work with!”
