“It has been a privilege working with Andre' at Comfort Homes! From the very begining of taking my ideas for a home and putting them into plans and drawings, to working within my budget has been easy and stress free!! What some builders consider 'upgrades' are standard for a Comfort Home! Andre' keeps in touch on a regular basis either by phone, text or email to let me know what the progress is or the next step in the construction process. I live close to my new home and stop by almost daily - the job site is always clean and tidy as is the interior part of my home!! It has been so fun for my family to be on this journey to owning a home built by COMFORT HOMES!!!! I would enourage anyone to meet with Andre' who may be considering building a new home!!!”

“Ryan helped us design a complete remodel and addition to our 1965 ranch style house. The project included a new septic system, a 600+ sq.ft. master bedroom, bath, closet, office, and laundry addition, complete update of existing home, and replacement of deck with patio and fire pit, new driveway and entry to house. The remodel included new windows, interior and exterior doors, molding, replacement of fireplace and wood stove with gas fireplace, new exterior siding, and trim. The remodel also included structural changes to the family room, vaulted ceiling, and relocating load earring wall. The results are amazing, giving us a home that looks great and functions magnificently. Ryan and his wife, Tinsa, managed and worked on the project from start to finish. Ryan did a professional job in all aspects of the project and handled all problems expediously. There were challenges, as expected, in a project this size and Ryan completed the project with flying colors. My wife and I could not be happier with the results.”

“Larry Black is a first rate Green builder. He is meticulous, hard working, professional, easy to work with, and will become your new best friend if you allow it. When you hire Larry, you get two for one. His wife, Chris, works with you to help design your house. She is a great designer and will do whatever it takes to make your dream house a reality. She works with the contractors and does the books the book work as well. Together, we built our dream house. The project started in June of 2015 and was finished in January of 1016. It's absolutely wonderful!”
