“Starting with a major kitchen reno, followed by an air sealing project, and starting next week a siding job. Absolutely hands down the most trustworthy contractor I have ever worked with. Richard Lensis has stood 100% behind his work since day 1, through 2 major projects so far. A third major project is scheduled to start next week and I have zero concerns the work will be done right the first time, or that Richard will ensure things are made right.”

“Probably the best company I've ever hired bar none to do extensive remodeling work to my residence. Bob is a master at transforming the ordinary into something extraordinary by implementing contemporary and upscale pieces whether its cabinetry, tile work, stone, ovens, pools etc to his design. The designs are beyond the scope of what other companies do which is "cookie cutter" and he definitly will make what you want stand out. I would hire him in a heartbeat and plan on doing 10 more projects with him in the future.”

“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet. I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home. Otis J. “I worked with George Asher homes on (2) project everyone was completed with out Incident. The first project was a complete remodel of a home. He took it from being dated 1960 to having an open floor plan and looking like a million dollar home. The second project that I was involved in was relocating a vent stack in a high-rise condo building. If you are looking for a contractor this is the one for you. There is no project too small or too big for George Asher Homes to complete!”

“We had a full renovation with our home and it was a massive undertaking by our standards. Martin helped in answering all of our questions, giving us plenty of time to consider all of our options. The work included, a new kitchen, bathroom, wood floors, recessed lighting, media connections, new closets, removing walls, crown molding, painting. The fact was, everything we had ultimately asked for was done to our exact specifications. Even when we messed up and told Martin the wrong type of tile in our bathroom, he went in and replaced it with what we wanted. I believe that Martin's communication with how we envisioned our renovation going was exceeded only by the work that he performed. Truly a great experience and we recommend TC design & Builders when you want any kind of work to get done.”

“Sonny renovated our home about 7 years ago, taking the roof off our single story garage and adding a new master suite on top to include a master bedroom, sitting room, master bath with hot tub and separate shower and a walk-in closet. Without a doubt, Sonny is the most talented carpenter I have met and he is the most honest general contractor in the business. He was always patient with our questions; he was always fair in price; and his work is beautiful. Wish he had been around when I renovated our kitchen. “Review for Jason Wolfe In 2017, my husband and I purchased a two bedroom condominium in Bethesda, MD. We were entirely new to the area with no knowledge as to skilled craftsmen available. At the recommendation of an interior designer Mr. Jason Wolfe was contracted to take this bare unit and turn it into a first class luxury apartment. I advised Mr. Wolfe as to my wishes/needs for the unit and to provide collection display suggestions for lighting, shelving, construction, and wall treatments. And at the same time incorporating our existing furniture and art work. Mr. Wolfe’s had unique suggestions for our Chinese antiques and the skill to construct two museum-quality display units. His construction ability coupled with a sense of design and a good eye, is impressive. In summary we were very pleased with the final product and recommend him without reservation.”

“Evolution Design + Build remodeled our master bathroom this past Spring - a complete gut of the old bathroom, down to the studs and sub-floor. The quote we received was very thorough and detailed, all costs were very transparent and easy to understand. The job came in right on budget, with very little in the way of change orders. The crew that was used were all very professional and experienced and the owner (Dean) was here as GC for the job to ensure all work was being completed correctly and as specified. Dean has good contacts at local plumbing, electric, tile and carpentry companies which made the selections process very easy. The final result is amazing! The bathroom looks like it belongs in an architectural magazine - we are very pleased with the high quality of the work and plan to use them again for our other 2 bathrooms.”
