“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “We had a full renovation with our home and it was a massive undertaking by our standards. Martin helped in answering all of our questions, giving us plenty of time to consider all of our options. The work included, a new kitchen, bathroom, wood floors, recessed lighting, media connections, new closets, removing walls, crown molding, painting. The fact was, everything we had ultimately asked for was done to our exact specifications. Even when we messed up and told Martin the wrong type of tile in our bathroom, he went in and replaced it with what we wanted. I believe that Martin's communication with how we envisioned our renovation going was exceeded only by the work that he performed. Truly a great experience and we recommend TC design & Builders when you want any kind of work to get done.”

“Rhonda did an awesome and quick job. i hired her because I just purchased my first remodel home in marshall va. She only designed my kitchen with a new layout for now including cabinetry, appliance locations, electrical, and lighting. The plans were professial documents and very easy to pull permits with the county as I was very short on time. I am a Class A BLD contractor specializing in custom pools and backyard resorts. I am also a landscape designer. As a builder I do prefer my plans on jobsites to be in 1/4" or 1/8" scale for my crews to rapidly take measurements off the plans. As a designer I can appreciate why rhonda chose to use 3/8" scale but I still design for ease on my jobs. She offered to change it but it's not that big of deal. I would recommend her to my clients and hire her again.”
