Paragon Construction replaced the old siding with Hardi-Plank siding, new vinyl windows, all exterior trim also replaced. In addition, a new front porch was designed and constructed, a garden shed designed and built, bluestone patio, with built-in grill and firepit, installed, as well as cobblestone pavers along the driveway. The project was started on time and finished on time. We were kept informed every step of the project and there were no "financial" surprises. The crew was polite, the work site was cleaned up everyday. The owners of the business were on site every day and in constant contact. They made great suggestions for improving the appearance of our home and exterior and called in other experts, such as arborists and irrigation system specialists when necessary. Paragon has so many satisfied customers requesting interior renovation work that they do kitchen and bathroom renovations.”

He then went out of way to contact the county to make sure what is and is not allowed. Together we finally came up with the design that met all parameters. He then also went out of way to find the best quality/design materials (with intrinsic details) from suppliers at the best price. We later found that he compromised a little too much on his bottom line profits. Overall, an Excellent Job, Theta Homes!”
