“Teakwood Builder remodeled my 140 year old house, and has since done several other projects, including exterior renovation and a new front porch. Their workmanship is very high and they come in on budget. (Sometimes not exactly on time...) They know a lot about old houses and they respect and love them. In other words, their solution isn't just to gut an old house and start from scratch. They work with the architectural details that are in your house and make it even more beautiful. Finally, if there are any problems or issues, they deal with them promptly. Really. I have bid other companies for projects, and they consistently are competitive. Given the quality of their workmanship and service, they are a very good value.”

“Having been in the real estate business for a lot of years I could not have been happier with my building experience with Bonacio Construction. This is the fourth house I have built and this is by far the smoothest and most enjoyable building experience I have had. The process starts with the estimate (they were the lowest of five local builders) which is gone over from start to finish with everything explained and itemized. Constant updates from the office and a schedule for the anticipated completion, which they hit on the day. A few minor glitches (totally normal with new construction) after we moved in and someone was here within 24 hours to fix it. When people think they can not go through the building process I encourage them to give them a call and see how smoothly it can go. a 100% satisfied customer.”
