She was very helpful with all the many important decisions that must be made in building a new home. We came to Bob with an architect-designed plan and he input it into his CAD program and came up with a number of improvements and enhancements. Our new home on a lake in Harvard is well-built and highly energy-efficient. The Kodys were great to work with during the 10 month building process and brought the project in on budget (except for some scope changes on our part) and on time. We highly recommend Envision Homes and are are happy to talk to anyone who is considering hiring them to build a new home or addition.”

“About a year and half ago I worked with Sean Cutting and Cutting Edge Homes to remodel an older home just outside of Boston. The Cutting Edge Team was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process as a first-time remodeler. At the onset of the project, Sean and his Project Managers were very hands-on working directly with me during the initial planning/design phases and clearly explaining the project steps/timeline. They were also extremely conscious of my desired budget range and timeline for the project. Once the renovation started the onsite team was extremely polite, professional and engaging. When I would show up onsite they would take time to explain what they were working on and show the progress they had made. I also received lots of positive feedback from neighbors on my street on the professionalism of the onsite crew. Neighbors were very happy to see that the crew took time at the end of every day to fully clean up the work site. The project met both the timeline and budget parameters that were set forth at the start of the project. The finished project is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with Cutting Edge Homes. “I hired Adams + Beasley to build a built-in dining area off my kitchen (with seating and storage) and a built-in bench off of my entryway. They were incredibly pleasant and professional to work with. Their work was efficient, they were respectful of my home and keeping the jobsite clean and they met every timeline. They problem solved, were creative and their craftsmanship was superior. They were fitting both built-ins into a pre-existing architectural design scheme. What they came up with was a seemless transition in terms of detail and design work. “Jim Basnett of Basnett Design-Build-Remodel, is a builder that we discovered from seeing his sign and trucks in our neighborhood here in Lexington. He did extensive remodeling and addition work on a house on our street. Based upon the work we saw him doing with our neighbor, as well as all of the outstanding reviews on Angie's List, we asked Jim to help us with our own plans. From our first call, Jim was always extremely responsive and receptive, happy to talk to us and guide us. He sent us a list of references - a very long list, I might add, of clients that he worked with in the past - a huge percentage of which are actually continuing clients, meaning clients that are so happy with his work, when they want to do a new project, they call Jim back again. We are going to be leaving Lexington and moving to a nearby town, where we will be tearing down a rundown wreck of a house and building a handicapped accessible ranch in it's place. We had many conversations with Jim about the process. We had not yet bought a property when we first began talking, so he walked us through the steps, ideas, speaking specifically about land drainage, insulation, energy, costs, and countless other details, so that we had an idea of what to look for in a property, and how to proceed with the teardown and new construction. He looked at a few properties for us online, giving his input, and offering to come out to see and assess potential properties for us. Very importantly, he recommended a few realtors to act as buyers agents for us, and we did very happily engage one of them. Ultimately, we ended up not using Jim, but only because we found a different excellent builder (I never knew even one existed, let alone TWO!) who's schedule happened to be open and could begin our project immediately. Timing for us is fairly tight, details not important, so that was a key deciding factor for us. We can't thank him enough for his dedication to us, his invaluable advice, his bestowing to us of an excellent on-point realtor who cares about customer service more than her commission and his big picture view of how being moral, open and honest, is always the best policy.”

Her suggestions, pricing, responsiveness and attention to detail are extraordinary. In this market all homes should be staged and we often have very little time from stage to list. Jeanne is always there to make it happen. I also have recommended Jeanne to new buyers for window treatments and blinds. Buyers who are purchasing new construction are most in need of window treatments as soon as they move in. Her blinds and curtains are beautifully done and reasonably priced. Jeanne has also done work for me personally both in staging and window treatments. I don't know what I would do without her!”

“Colston Black's Rizon Design & Build team demo'd our old bathroom and installed a new bathroom off of our guest bedroom. In addition I had smoke and Co2 detectors installed to bring our house up to code. This job required walls to be moved and oak flooring to be replaced. Colston's team did a great job, very professional with attention to detail.”
