Classy Interiors were really friendly and approachable since day one. I can honestly said I liked that it was a family business where I'm more than happy to invest. The job was mainly plastering and painting a few rooms, hallway, stairs. They did a great job with the plastering, as I said, always very approachable 24/7. But we weren't happy with the painting. It was a poor job done. We saw several areas left that didn't look nice. Also after a week the job was completed, we already saw few cracks in several walls and they came back to repaint it. We also had an issue in regards to a ceiling leak. When they were doing the plastering, we saw a big hole where we thought it was damp in one of the rooms. We asked twice if it was something that needed it attention from another professional before closing the hole with the plastering, and Classy Interiors said no, "that they were professionals" and if something would look off, they would have et us know. When everything was finished (plastering & painting), there was a big rainy day few days later the job was completed and as we feared, there was a leak and roof needed to be change. The problem was that we asked twice before closing the hole and now we can see the leak damage in the paint that will need repair without taking responsibility. And finally, we had the moving company destroying some areas of the painting as we expected, and contacted Classy Interiors as we needed it repainting. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN. I tried to ask them several times what colours/brands they used to match the new painting and nothing, all the good manners while doing the job was lost and still not hearing back from them which i think is very unprofessional as now we have to "guess" and try to find the exact colours match. I usually don't write reviews but I think this kind of job where you pay a lot of money you definitely need the trust of a professional.
