Excellent service polite thorough clean and easy to work with

Our project consisted of a total internal renovation of our terraced property situated in a conservation area. We would like to say a big thank you to Slavo and his team for the fantastic work they have done. They remained professional, knowledgeable and polite throughout. They worked to a very high standard and were skilled in dealing with all aspects of the project and worked well as a team. Communication throughout was excellent. As we are living in a conservation area, Slavo showed sensitivity and consideration regarding the planning regulations. He kept us informed of unexpected issues that cropped up, some of which were difficult and complicated to deal with and took the time to explain his plan of action. Great service, quality of work and polite communication through the project. No surprises at any stage regardign cost, materials or time to completion. Very competitive prices and flexible for me to introduce changes in the process of the project - very customer focused. Site left very tidy after each day and each D2D employee very polite and friendly. Have started with a small project, then did works at another location and will always come back.

Slavo and his crew are excellent. Reliable and hard working, with great attention for details and always committed to find the best solution for any issue might arise. I had the pleasure to have them working both in my home and my place of work (where the place needed a massive intervention) and I couldn't recommend them more. All the aspects of the job were spot on and carryed out in a timely and efficient manner, from carpentry to plumbing to electrics and most of all project management. They were the interface between me and every professional involved in the job, leaving me with great peace of mind thoughout.

D2D are a great building and construction company. I have used them several times over last 7 years. They did a big extension and upstairs refitting for me years ago and then more recently fitted a new kitchen. They are polite, considerate and great workmanship. Good at sticking to predicted dates unless hold ups by other companies outside their control. The carpentry work they did for me was excellent quality and all in fantastic working order after many years. The team are all great. Slavo has a good eye for decor too and I am so glad I took his advice on some of the colours and finishes. They are not the cheapest but I do believe their pricing is fair and the quality of their work is excellent. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and I will continue to use them in future.

I’ve worked with Slavo and his team on various home improvement projects since 2003. Slavo always provides excellent advice and project support and he has a team of highly skilled craftspeople, many of whom have been with him for years. Slavo provides detailed cost estimates at the outset and keeps the client closely informed on project progress. There are never any unpleasant cost surprises at the end - just the delight of a project completed to an excellent standard and as I had hoped.

We just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job on the loft conversion and bathroom refurbishment in our house. Slavo and the D2D team had excellent communication, keeping us aware of every stage of the process and ensuring that we were satisfied with any important decision.
