Time Management Time is key to the success of any project, no one really wants the ‘builders in’ and we know about the reputation that proceeds us, but we look into every detail of a project to give a fair and realistic time frame. Naturally obstacles and unforeseen elements do arise, but should anything become apparent that will mean time and dates may not be met then we will take the necessary action to resolve it. People Management Having the right people/tradesmen on site is essential to making sure a project runs smoothly. its also essential to have them managed correctly to maximize their time and our clients time. we have an excellent team of tradesmen who have been part of our company for many years, this ensures cohesion between the different trades and means we get maximum productivity on every stage of the build/project. Problem solving Problems arise on nearly every project, one of our main skills is using our experience to identify and handle a situation with minimum fuss, in the most cost effective way. We have extensive experience in resolving third party issues, such as party wall agreements or boundary line disputes and we understand the importance of keeping good relations with neighbours.
