From start to finish of my property renovation, working with KFM was an absolute delight. I was looking for a way of getting my property fully renovated, and whilst I wanted a completely hands-off process (as I have no experience with any aspects of it) whilst still having my vision for the design met in detail--that is exactly what I got with KFM. Communication at all states of was brilliant, with regular updates on the progress of the project as well as discussion on how specific things were going to be done and what my preferences were. Where there were areas Kevin thought could or should be done differently, he gave valuable recommendations while maintaining clear and precise communication between us as well as taking into account what I ultimately wanted. He and his team adhered strictly to building regulations and maintained a clean and safe site for tradesmen and neighbours. Thank you to Kevin and his team for the amazing job they have done! I still look around every day with joy to see that the property turned out much much better than I ever thought it could. I can honestly say that I look forward to spending every single minute I can at home after it's been renovated and that is all thanks to KFM Developments.
