Nero and his team did a great job in my house. The price and the quality of the work were great. All additional requests were honoured. the project was to renovate my house including removing ceiling and floor boards, building and removing walls, relocating bathroom and kitchen, underfloor heating and upgrading heating system, removing a chimney breast , fitting new floor and decorating through out. A job will done

I used Melner to build my new H/O on the second floor of my restaurant. The project was to build a waiting area, customer toilets, my office, training room and 2 additional offices for my support staff. Melner provided competitive quote that was accepted. Throughout the project Melner kept me informed of progress and any queries were discussed daily. If any adjustments needed to be made, Melner informed me immediately along with any costs that may be associated with the change. Any changes I wanted to make, Melner would agree and send me any adjusted costs immediately. All payments plans agreed prior to project were respected by Melner and payment was done as per agreed payment plan. Overall I was extremely impressed with Melner and have instructed them to do further projects in my organisation as well as potentially doing an extension and loft conversion for my house.

PRESTIGE WOODEN FLOORING LIMITED

I worked side by side with Nero from Melner Construction doing a bespoke wood flooring project in 98 Mount Street, W1K 2TE. The project involved subfloors repairs and leveling in a high end flat, making bespoke oak wood panels and matching with the rest along with a custom wood border around the walls, sanding, staining and oiling - 3 coats. It was a great project with a lot of challenges but we overcame all of them in a professional manner. Nero is a pro in his field, paying attention to every detail and didn’t step back or cut the corners. It was my pleasure working with him!
