“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Karim did a great job in providing the structural plans and calculations for our project and took the time out to explain and go through them clearly with me to ensure that we understood what they were saying - which was hugely valuable as it's very difficult to decipher structural plans for a layman. In addition he made sure that he was on hand to provide any updates as and when and went out of his way to ensure that we could contact him at any time directly. Thank you Karim!”

“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“An excellent finish to my bathroom. A few structural problems occurred due to bad workmanship in the past, but all the problems were sorted out at little extra cost to me. All work was completed on time and all the workers were very punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Would recommend the company to anyone who wants a good job done for a reasonable price.”

“Angie did a brilliant job at totally re-imaging our downstairs living space to transform it from very separate rooms, to a cohesive space fit for a young family still with individual purpose. She focussed on how we could maximise an unused side garden to be a useable, extension to the central lounge. Throughout Atelier Design Consultants have been responsive, professional and great listeners in making our dream a reality”
